The marketing coordinator role is an active and important marketing team member, supporting his or her team’s efforts to meet client goals. Responsibilities may include research, social media and competitive analysis, message analysis, and support of activities involved within the creation of client and agency marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Primary agency contact for clients on day-to-day tactical projects with the ability to manage all marketing program activities, including building HubSpot landing pages, leading weekly client calls and regular reporting
- Manage HubSpot marketing software for agency inbound marketing clients
- Begin to offer strategic advice to clients on inbound marketing and other marketing programs
- Draft and edit a wide variety of marketing communications materials, such as social media, white papers, blog posts, case studies, and marketing emails
- Manage client relationships by establishing trust, setting clients’ expectations and educating clients on marketing processes
- Lead weekly calls for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism or similar disciplines.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, experience strongly preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR or similar fields. B2B communications experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to speak confidently and have the professionalism, personal sophistication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships on behalf of the agency.
