Letter from the President
Let me be frank, sometimes when I’m asked to write something I’m not always that “jazzed” to do so – this, however, is a glaring exception. If you only check in with us for the newsletters, this is a good one because early in the year we published Bankers As Buyers and The Financial Trade Show Directory, both of which are highly consumed by our readers (and they are free).
We also have links to some video testimonials or case studies from our clients: Ron Herman of Sionic Mobile, Keith Brannan of Kasasa and Matt Riley of Jack Henry & Associates. Since I was there when we shot the videos, I was extremely proud to hear what they had to say, but equally impressed at how easily they spoke on camera about the relationships they have with WMA. All of them have promising second career options on TV if they choose to do so.
Finally, a few months back, we discovered a Raleigh, N.C.-based data company called Sageworks, and were excited to see that they feature bank and credit union intelligence. Not only do they provide performance data, but detailed contact information as well, so if you are selling to FIs and want to better stratify and target sales and direct marketing efforts, this subscription service may be of value.
